Every Monday morning during school term time we will have an experanced PT running a mix of Metafit, Bootcamp but always fun fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels, come on down and achieve the fitness goals you have always strived for!  The classes are held outside but undercover so please dress for the weather, bring a water bottle and sweat towel. Marilla's Free Friday Socials are back! Need some FREE entertainment for the kids? Want to get out of the house, meet up with friendly families at a child friendly venue? Marilla Community Centre at Rockingham Navy Club is for you! Marilla Community Centre will be providing fun entertainment for your little ones every first Friday of the month 5pm-7pm at The Rockingham Navy Club. A place to come and meet your community and find out what’s on! Allow us to entertain the children, while you catch up with old friends and make new ones.  There will be a different 'fun entertainment activity' every month, so don't miss out and take advantage of this FREE event. This Month come join us for a Games night! If you thing is board games, card games or some good old lawn games this is the night for you! Come along and let the games begin! Food available for adults and children, booking is essential. Call Rockingham Navy Club on 08 9592 7997 ( if no answer just leave a message with your name, date of booking and how many children/adults that require a meal) You can then choose on the night what you want to eat and you will have a table reserved for your meal. The Navy club is a licensed venue.  Strictly no BYO food or drinks. Ensure you book your food so you have a table reserved inside. Children who remain with their parents after the event closes (7pm) must be supervised by an adult and follow the Navy Clubs rules. There will be Ode at 7.00pm where everyone is required to be silent (including children) to pay respect to the fallen. Activities will be outside so make sure your child is dressed for the weather. MyTime groups provide support for mothers, fathers, grandparents and anyone caring for a child with a disability or chronic medical condition. It’s a place for you to unwind and talk about your experiences. It’s a world away from appointments and therapy. It’s support for you. Because you're worth it! My Time are looking for new members, it is a FREE session to attend, just turn up on the day and Claire will be there to help you.   Please share this information with anyone you believe will benefit from these sessions.  There is a children's play coordinator on site to help with your children while you relax and connect with people who understand.  Younger siblings welcome It is not essential that children attend, the sessions are for you to relax and unwind You do not have to be a Marilla member to attend these sessions.  Every Thursday 9:30am -11:30am (Term time only) Based in the Rockingham Navy Club.  www.mytime.net.au      

Marilla's Playgroup is on every Wednesday morning at 9:30am-11:30am (During school term times).  We run this group outside in a large garden area with plenty of shaded areas. We have a playhouse and a sand pit and lots of toys to keep your little people happy and occupied. There will be a craft and every term we focus on a different theme to encourage them to learn through play.   Free tea and coffee for parents.  Please bring a piece of fruit to share and dress for the weather. Gold coin donation required. This group is for Marilla members. You can attend the first session without joining Marilla, you can join online at www.marillacommunitycentre.com or fill out a form on the day.  Membership for 12 months is only $20 (Non-Defence) or only $10 for Defence families. By joining Marilla you will be kept up to date with all programmes and events, you will be able to attend all of our programmes and events and you will be enable us to continue to run our programmes.   This is a school holiday event to remember! Come and meet mermaid Jess at Marilla this school holidays, book your ticket now to avoid disappointment as this will sell out fast! The children will be spilt into two groups and walked down to the beach at Point Peron one group at a time (parents must stay with their children at all times) where they will get to meet Mermaid Jess ask her questions, look at all her treasure and of course take some selfies with her!  Back at Marilla we will have some fun Mermaid craft, water play and Morning Tea for the children to enjoy.
