Thanks to DCO funding we are able to offer this fantastic FREE FITNESS CLASS to all Marilla Members and Defence Families. Every Thursday morning during school term time we will have an experienced PT running a 30min HIIT class suitable for all fitness levels, come on down and achieve the fitness goals you have always strived for!  The classes are held outside but undercover so please dress for the weather, bring a water bottle and sweat towel. Due to bad weather Play group will meet at Mug n Brush today Marilla's Playgroup is on every Wednesday morning at 9:30am-11:30am (During school term times).  We run this group outside in a large garden area with plenty of shaded areas. We have a playhouse and a sand pit and lots of toys to keep your little people happy and occupied. There will be a craft and every term we focus on a different theme to encourage them to learn through play.   Free tea and coffee for parents.  Please bring a piece of fruit to share and dress for the weather. Gold coin donation required. This group is for Marilla members. Thanks to DCO funding we would like to invite our Marilla Members and ADF partners to take part in our very first Self Defence Course! Places are limited so book your ticket today to avoid disappointment! The course consists of 4 classes running Tuesday evening 6.30-7.30 starting March 2nd with the last session on March 23rd.  There will be $40 deposit to take part in the course (please contact us if you would like to take part but are unable to finically commit) which will be refunded to you once the course is completed. Classes will take place at Rockingham Boxing & Fitness, 85 Dixon Rd, Rockingham, 6168.  All equipment will be provided on the night but please bring a water bottle. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children at this event.   This event is for Marilla Members and ADF families only. To all our members, Defence families and the local community, it's our annual Family welcome event full of fun activities and entertainment for the children. At just $2.50 per adult and childrens entry FREE! come down and have a jam-packed activity day with all your family.   WHATS ON... Live entertainment by local acoustic duo Mallemo Music Old McDonald's travelling farm Face painting FREE LUNCH! Yes, we feed you for free too! There will be toys galore for the little ones to play with. Raffle  Childrens entertainment Booking is essential.  The bar will be open for some drinks (Navy Club prices apply) and there will be a raffle on the day.  STRICTLY NO BRINGING YOUR OWN BEVERAGES.  You do not have to be a member to attend however we would encourage you to join Marilla to help us provide more events next year. Membership is only $10 per year for Defence families and only $20 per year for Non-Defence so why not join today and help support us. One membership covers all the family.
